Thanks so much for coming to visit the website related to my podcast, the Imaginary Frenchman. This has been an exciting, educational, and interesting venture for me.
That said, the learning curve for me has been steep, and it's not yet completed. In addition to researching and writing content, that means I'm teaching myself how to record and edit a podcast, trying to develop a suitable on-air "voice," figuring out how to "monetize" the site, getting familiar with distributing the podcast, designing a website and other social media sites, and more. Lots of moving parts.
As I get familiar with all of these components, there are going to be bumps along the way. My early broadcasts are listenable, but some edits and shifts in volume will be noticeable. My technical skills get better with every episode. I ask for your patience with some hitches while I hone my expertise.
Once I've mastered some of the mechanics and have a developed recording routine, I'll have more time to devote to content, not only on the podcast but with entries on my blog and elsewhere. Even so, in the meantime, you should still be able to find plenty of information about French culture here and on the podcast.
